Bank DKI Wins Many Awards in Early 2023

PT Bank DKI started 2023 with a brilliant achievement by buying up 11 award categories at once. Five of them are in the award category as the Best Regional Development Bank (BPD) Rank I.

In fact, Bank DKI was named the Best Regional Bank in Corporate Reputation 2023. The award was received by Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy at the 6th Satisfaction, Loyalty, Engagement, and Corporate Reputation Awards 2023.

Bank DKI also won several awards as the Best BPD Rank I in several other categories including, the Most Reputable Region Bank in Innovation, the Most Reputable Region Bank in Good Management & Leadership, the Most Reputable Region Bank in CSR, the Most Reputable Region Bank to Implement Green Banking.

Bank DKI Adds Five Branch Offices Outside Greater Jakarta

PT Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his gratitude to all Bank DKI customers, work partners, and stakeholders who put their trust in Bank DKI products and services.

"Especially in 2023, with the theme Transformation towards a Digital Ecosystem and Professional HR, Bank DKI is ready to continuously bring innovation through synergy and collaboration with various parties, including maximum efforts to maintain a positive corporate reputation," he expressed, Friday (1/27).

At the same time, Bank DKI also won several award categories in the field of customer service and satisfaction including the 2nd Most Satisfying Region Bank in Teller Service, the 2nd Most Satisfying Region Bank on ATM Service, the 3rd Best Region Bank in Customer Satisfaction. Other awards, 3rd Most Satisfying Region Bank on Mobile Banking, 3rd Most Satisfying Region Bank in Customer Service, and the 3rd Region Bank With Strong Customer Engagement.

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi explained this award is a spirit for Bank DKI to always adapt in facing business challenges in 2023.

He added Bank DKI would continue to innovate, optimize, synergize along with the Jakarta Provincial Government, BMUD, and other parties in facing challenges in 2023.

"Through the spirit of transformation towards a digital ecosystem, Bank DKI is always committed to presenting product innovations and digital banking services that make it easier for customers, work partners, and stakeholders," he added.

As for the information, the awards were given based on the results of a survey conducted by MRI in collaboration with Infobank to 1,437 respondents who were bank customers spread across eight major cities, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Medan, Balikpapan/Samarinda, Makassar, and Palembang.

The survey was conducted from October 2022 to December 2022 using a quantitative method through face-to-face interviews. Sampling was carried out using the intercept method in public areas and crowded places.
